A Look Back…

Twelve years ago, we evolved from Interakt, a digital marketing agency, into something far more transformative. What began as a pursuit of integrated marketing excellence soon gave rise to a larger vision—one where data, technology, and customer experience come together. That vision became Resulticks—our bold leap into delivering powerful real-time customer engagement to drive connected experiences for the future.

As we celebrate Resulticks Day this year, we’re honoring the transformation we have collectively sparked, the products we have launched, and the partnerships we have nurtured.

Resulticks’ CTO Mani Gopalaratnam shared, “The past year has been eventful in many areas. We saw the introduction of GenAI use cases to our flagship solution, including the development of Genie, RESUL's agentic AI engine, set to revolutionize customer engagement. The rollout of RESUL Version 5.0 signifies a shift from monolithic to micro-service architecture based on micro-API, while our focus on strengthening the partner ecosystem and investing in data companies continues to optimize our AI-powered engagement efforts.”

Milestones in 2024

  • Partnerships with MentorLab and ReckLabs
    We’ve embarked on strategic partnerships with MentorLab and ReckLabs between May to June 2024. Our partnership with MentorLab marked our official entry into Nepal. As our GTM partner, MentorLab is championing RESUL’s connected experience capabilities—empowering businesses across the country to elevate customer engagement and drive revenue. Our collaboration with ReckLabs combines data-driven marketing strategies and optimized digital investments to help brands unlock new opportunities. By leveraging on these insights, businesses can embrace more intelligent marketing and make smarter, more impactful use of their resources.
  • Workshop Initiative with MDMedia
    Held at MDMedia’s Jakarta office in August, the first session of this weekly initiative brought together industry leaders from across Indonesia. Together, we explored key initiatives, tackled critical challenges, and collaborated on identifying the right solutions to drive meaningful growth in an increasingly digital landscape.
  • Showcase at GITEX Global via OBSI Technologies
    Between October 14–18, our esteemed partner OBSI Technologies, showcased Resulticks at GITEX Global in Dubai. As the world’s largest tech and AI event, GITEX provided the perfect stage to present our innovations in AI-driven personalization and real-time engagement to a global audience.
  • Webinar: “Unpacking Connected Experiences”
    Finally, in November, Resulticks’ CTO, Mani Gopalaratnam, joined Co-Founders of the CDP Institute, David and Susan Raab, in a thought-provoking discussion around the major paradigm shift in audience engagement. The webinar unpacked the differences between Connected Experiences and traditional marketing, and the impact of the former.

Milestones in 2025

  • Acquisition of Versium
    Our acquisition of Versium REACH marks a leap in our identity resolution and data enrichment capabilities. This integration enables brands to sharpen audience targeting, access high-quality data, segment audiences, and derive actionable audience insights natively within RESUL.
  • Showcase at ET Global Indian Retail Summit
    During the India’s flagship retail innovation summit in February, Resulticks CEO and Co-Founder, Redickaa Subrammanian joined a fireside chat alongside Satya Krishna Kunadharaju, Corporate VP, Head of Digital Strategy and Transformation at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, and Charu Lamba, Associate Editor of ET Retail. Together, they exchanged insights and shared best practices on AI-powered strategies that are transforming the future of retail.
  • Marketing Star Website Launch
    In the month of March, we launched a refreshed, user-centric website for our low-touch solution, Marketing Star—featuring a modern look, seamless navigation and intuitive exploration to help brands discover the full potential of our all-in-one marketing automation platform.
  • Partnership with MDMedia
    Following a successful workshop back in August 2024, our partnership with MDMedia evolved into a full-scale strategic alliance in 2025. As part of Telkom Indonesia, MDMedia brings deep regional expertise and a shared commitment to delivering cutting-edge digital transformation for Indonesia’s leading enterprises.
  • Launch of SHOP at ShopTalk Spring 2025
    Held from March 25–27 in Las Vegas, ShopTalk Spring was a pivotal moment for Resulticks. We launched SHOP, Resulticks’ AI-powered solution to connect every retail touch point. Powered by Genie, RESUL’s agentic AI engine, SHOP seamlessly integrates with legacy and new-age IoT solutions, ensuring retailers reach the right shoppers with precision while optimizing both digital and in-store experiences.
  • Partnership with CloudAce Technologies
    We joined hands with CloudAce Technologies, a leader in B2B consulting, cloud computing, big data, IT security, and enterprise solutions. As a reseller partner, CloudAce now brings Resulticks’ low-touch solutions—Marketing Star and SmartDX—to businesses looking to drive real-time, personalized engagement while maximizing marketing impact.

Launch of Genie and RESUL 5.0

We are announcing the launch of RESUL 5.0, a major enhancement to our flagship solution, in the first week of May 2025.

With more key features, this is a significant step forward in driving connected experiences beyond traditional digital touchpoints, expanding the ability to orchestrate more impactful online-offline customer journeys. Enhancements in RESUL 5.0 include RESUL’s agentic AI engine for driving connected experiences, Versium data enrichments, advanced campaign automation, and more.

Giving Back: Food Bank Volunteering Initiatives
Across three different occasions—June and October 2024, and January 2025—our Singapore team volunteered at The Food Bank Singapore. These efforts weren’t just CSR—they reflected our strong belief in purpose-driven action and contributing to our community. By giving back, we deepened our connection with the values that drive Resulticks forward.

We’re stepping into our 12th year with a roadmap shaped by insight and execution—products that are smarter, partnerships that are stronger, and strategies that are more customer-centric than ever before.

There’s still so much ahead. With everything we’ve built over the past year—and everything we’ve learned—we’re ready to lead with purpose and scale with conviction. Here’s to the next chapter of Resulticks.
