Redickaa Subrammanian is the Co-founder and CEO of Resulticks. During her 25-year career as a global advertising, marketing, and technology expert, she has developed winning strategies and campaigns for some of the world’s most respected brands. She holds an MBA from the State University of New York, Buffalo, was recognized as the Global Female Entrepreneur of the Year, at the 2013 Gold Stevie Award, and was named to Axial’s Growth 100 middle-market CEOs in the United States (2016).

With more than 22 years of experience in the fields of information technology consulting, project management, and software architecture and development, Dakshen Ram has led the conceptualization, development, and realization of Resulticks. He has guided a team of passionate technologists to transform Resulticks into one of the top 20 global players in the marketing automation solution space, delivering exceptional client outcomes globally.
CTO
In his three decades of executive leadership in the technology and innovation space, Mani has demonstrated his extensive expertise in digital transformation and big data solutions across a broad spectrum of industries. In his role as Resulticks CTO, he leads the executive team in developing and executing business, product, marketing, and customer support strategies. As the company’s chief technology officer, he helps guide the design of the Resulticks solution's architecture, implementation approaches to market, and application within client business environments. Prior to joining Resulticks, Mani served as chief technologist for DXC Technology, HP Enterprise, and CSC.
Chief Strategy and Business Officer
With over 20 years of proven expertise in business and brand development, Dinesh has worked on varied businesses across FMCG (Unilever), IT (Computer Associates),
and Financial Services (American Express, AXA Life, NBO, SBI) where he enabled/led transformations through innovation in marketing communications using data-led
insights and technology. He was most recently the Global Chief Marketing Officer at State Bank of India where he launched Asia’s first comprehensive digital bank cum marketplace besides overhauling various aspects of the PSU behemoth’s marketing initiatives. Dinesh has been recognized as an A lister by Campaign India and rated among the top marketers in the ‘Impact’ list of marketers.
As the Chief Global Strategy and Business Officer at Resulticks’, he leads the company’s growth inclusive of business strategy, partnerships, marketing, and
other strategic initiatives across its target regions.
Chief of Staff
Vandana has spent her 23-year career in varied roles across key functional areas including software development and testing, content development, global pre-sales and sales support, and customer and partner training. A seasoned leader at Resulticks and its predecessor Interakt, she has organized and managed cross-functional efforts to support marketing, sales, and product strategies. Combining her deep knowledge of the Resulticks solution, her understanding of marketplace dynamics, and her communications and management expertise, she plays a key role in delivering the Resulticks brand promise.
Head of Finance
With over 13 years of experience, Naresh has led auditing and accounting efforts at leading firms such as CohnReznick (India) and S.R.Batliboi & Associates LLP (a member company of Ernst & Young India). He brings extensive understanding of the accounting requirements of multiple standards and industries.
As Resulticks’ Head of Finance, he oversees the company’s auditing and accounting processes.
VP, People & Operations
Keith has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, employment engagement, and the entire gamut of human resources. He established and developed HR operations for a startup that grew from 22 US employees to a diverse and inclusive staff of 120 employees in 5 countries. He was previously associated with Bytemark, SytleQ, and ADP. As Resulticks’ VP of People & Operations, he is responsible for the company’s HR activities in North America. He is based in NYC.
Head - Product Design
With over 23 years of experience in digital marketing and automation solutions, Farook is a founding member of Interakt and now Resulticks. He has extensive experience in project management, CX design, product experience, and more in the field of enterprise solutions. As Resulticks’ Chief Product Design Officer and one of the key product evangelists, he leads the company’s business analyst and UX teams. He also works with the data team to enhance the platform’s architecture.
Director – Commercial & Sales Enablement
With extensive experience in account and program management as well as first-hand martech insights, Nagesh has led the specialists and technologists at Resulticks to deliver exceptional platform and user experience for the company’s clients around the world for over 10 years. As Director of Commercial and Sales Enablement, he oversees solutioning, pricing, and sales enablement to meet diverse customer needs.
Head - Customer Success
With 20 years of experience in the technology and software space, Balaji has made major contributions to Resulticks in terms of customer support, implementation, pre-sales as well as project, program, and account management. A member of senior management, he now heads the company’s global customer support team.
Head - Compliance & Customer Assist
Over the course of his time at Resulticks, Irfan has played critical leadership roles in the company’s quality assurance, customer assistance, product, and compliance teams. He has established and streamlined processes key to the company’s evolution to date. Now he directs the development, execution, and management of strategic initiatives and daily operations related to SmartDX to align with the overall growth objectives of Resulticks in its target markets.
Head - Marketing, India
With over 17 years of experience across digital marketing, sales, social media marketing, analytics, content management, strategy and insurance P&L, Anuradha has proven expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition and retention. Prior to joining Resulticks, Anuradha was heading the direct channel, handling both the digital and aggregator business at Royal Sundaram, India's first private general insurance company. She was instrumental in setting up the Digital channel and growing the digital business at Royal Sundaram. She has experience in handling several automation projects, be it developing digital assets, CRM, CMS or marketing automation tools. As Resulticks’ Head of Marketing - India, she handles the global social media initiatives and leads the India marketing team.
Senior Solution Architect
Having spent 15 years at Interakt and now Resulticks, VKC brings a wealth of expertise in enterprise technology to the team. The original developer of Resulticks 1.0, he has made major contributions to the development of all facets of the Resulticks platform, from the Smart Duo technology to the built-in CDP and more. As the company’s solution architect, he is responsible for updating the Resulticks platform using the latest technology to serve the needs of diverse businesses and verticals—with speed, scale, and security.
Cloud Architect
A 14-year veteran of Resulticks with extensive expertise in enterprise martech architecture and public cloud technologies, MSK played an essential role in deploying cloud-native solutions both to enhance user experience and to meet organizational needs. Now he directs the development, execution, and management of strategic initiatives and daily operations related to Marketing Star to align with the overall growth objectives of Resulticks in its target markets.
Senior Technical Lead
With over 15 years of experience in enterprise software development, Retheesh has played a key role in the evolution of the Resulticks platform. He was indispensable to the introduction of features such as analytics API integration and propensity derivation. As the technical lead, he drives Resulticks’ platform development efforts all while continuing to improve capabilities like audience analytics 360 and campaign response data management.
