This role calls for a consummate SALES HUNTER, who will collaborate with the Chief Strategy & Business Officer (CSBO) to develop and execute a robust and aggressive plan to achieve sales goals within the territory.

This role calls for a consummate SALES HUNTER, who will collaborate with the Chief Strategy & Business Officer (CSBO) to develop and execute a robust and aggressive plan to achieve sales goals within the territory.
Develop a strong pipeline by identifying key account prospects from a mix of sources: personal network, marketing leads and business partner referrals.
Implement company strategies and drive full sales cycle for new accounts and organic growth amongst existing accounts to achieving the revenue target assigned to the territory.
Work effectively with internal stakeholders: Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Channel Partner Management and while nurturing an external Business Partner landscape, to ensure a healthy flow of leads at the top of the sales funnel.
Drive customer engagement through a concerted and appropriate messaging campaign. Communicate via multiple channels offering relevant content to stay meaningfully engaged with target prospects.
Steadily building an affinity for RESULTICKS to progress leads from the opportunity to closure stage.
Maintain an updated CRM, enabling the business intelligence team to offer solid analytics. Including real-time lead tracking, weekly pipeline reporting and accurate forecasting.
Master the RESULTICKS product training and be prepared to independently conduct product demonstrations, as well as generate winning RFP responses and business proposals for prospects.
Develop and maintain awareness of industry trends and competitors so that you can provide effective competitive analysis for prospective customers.
Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts (post-pandemic).
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, Marketing or Business Administration.
9+ years of enterprise software sales (SaaS, PaaS, CRM), or digital ad inventory sales for an interactive ad agency, or Performance Marketing within an enterprise setting (BFSI industries are a plus).
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with virtuoso presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
Excellent story telling ability. Able to easily engage and persuade internal and external stakeholders, especially target prospects.
Good understanding of the challenges facing digital-centric organisations. Specifically able to display expertise when discussing customer data management, omni channel communication and analytics with digital-centric prospects and customers.
Good familiarity with narratives of the digital marketing world, with the ability to substantiate a point of view and /or convincingly counter category knowledge and objections.
Consistent overachievement of sales goals in the Digital Advertising, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Predictive Modeling, or similar vertical industry--with a large geographic territory.
Sales successes should include transactional and complex sales, you should have an equal comfort level with CMOs, CIOs and Digital Marketing Executives at mid-size companies or enterprise customers with multiple business units. You lead prospects and customers as opposed to reacting, you know how to “drive a deal”.
Able to multi-task, organize and be results oriented.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and be detail oriented.
Experienced in MS Office including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word.
